Adambier is a historic style from Dortmund, Germany, said to have put the hard drinking King Frederick William IV of Prussia under the table. Business features A complex malt bill and a long boil, and maillard reaction. Look for complex malty notes that may include raisin, hint of smoke, vanilla, oak, dried fruits, leather, caramel and roastiness.
